RI Gen. Laws §16-38-12

Penalty for violations.

Every person violating any provision of this chapter shall be fined not exceeding fifty dollars ($50.00) or be imprisoned not exceeding thirty (30) days unless herein otherwise provided; provided, however, that the penalty shall not apply to §§ 16-38-4 to 16-38-6.
