ARTICLE XXII DURATION OF CONTRACT

The provisions of this Agreement will be effective for the period of three (3) years September 1, 2018 to August 31, 2021 and will continue in full force and effect for additional periods of year(s) unless either the Committee or the Association gives written notice to the other no later than one hundred eighty (180) days prior to the aforesaid expiration date or any anniversary thereof of its desire to reopen this Agreement and to negotiate over the terms of a successor Agreement. WHEREOF the parties hereunto set their hand and seals this 9th day of August 2018.
