The administration, the teacher, and appropriate parties (may include other staff, the student and/or parents/guardians) shall meet to address the behavior. In the event such student is readmitted to the classroom and there is a reoccurance of the behavior, such student shall again be removed from the classroom and a safety plan shall be created with input from all interested parties as set forth above. If no agreement is reached the issue will be referred to the Superintendent or designee.
