PREAMBLE
Warwick School District
The School Committee of the City of Warwick and the Warwick Teachers' Union, Local 915, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO, recognize the importance of developing a sound educational system.
The School Committee and the Warwick Teachers' Union agree that they have a respective responsibility and obligation to promote the highest degree of quality education for the City of Warwick and affirm their interest to work toward the achievement of educational excellence in the city.
The following agreement, therefore, is made and entered into on this 6th day of March, 2024 by and between the School Committee (hereinafter referred to as the Committee) and the Warwick Teachers' Union, Local 915, American Federation of Teachers, AFL-CIO, (hereinafter referred to as the Union).
