ARTICLE 47 - DURATION OF THE AGREEMENT

This Agreement and each of its provisions shall be in effect as of September 1, 2018 and shall continue in full force and effect until and inclusive of August 31, 2023 or until such time that the parties reach mutual agreement on the subsequent Agreement effective September 1, 2023, unless such an extension is otherwise prohibited by law.
